Due to the large number of enquiries and technical queries we receive we are no longer able to field phone calls and contact is email only. This allows us time to involve technical advice from third parties etc who's technical expertise we may need to respond. But we will endeavor to respond within a few working hours. 

Most of the information customers may need can be found on our site and we will respond to emails ASAP with any questions.

Please note we do not have a retail premises to browse. Click & collect is available at checkout from our trade counter. Collections 10am- 3pm - please do not travel to collect before receiving email confirmation that your order is ready. 

Our website and email is manned 9am - 4pm Monday - Friday. Please allow up to 1 working day for a response before contacting us again. During peak periods this may be extended for non-urgent questions.
